i felt brave and stupidly ran a faster speed for a longer time than usual.
then did 489327652 crunches on the abdominal thingy.
my tummy's now dead.

ling's teacher sprang a sort of impromtu public speech test on them today.
she'd call on pple to give a speech in front of the class about what they believe in.
and this guy (ling's classmate) was called up to do it.
caught unprepared,
he went up and said:
"i believe i can fly.
i believe i can touch the sky.
i think about it every night and day.
spread my wings and fly away.
thank you."
