have been on a constant search for some form of catharsis.
blogging,
crying,
singing,
sleeping,
being angry.
but i just realized
there is no catharsis,
except in the Lord.
only God can comfort.

those who are on the same search,
seek not from the world.
seek the Lord.
peace is from Him.
nothing else but Him.
