its was an impromtu gathering,
and we didnt have time to get a proper cake,
so twinie got a sara lee strawberry cheesecake.
we hid it from them pretty well
until shiqi caught twin buying a lighter when we're heading back to the car.
muahahaha.
but oh well.
despite the cheapo cake,
and the spoilt surprise,
i think it well went =)
we sang the bday song loud loud in the car.
and the cake was yummy!!
even if it wasnt freesssshhhh like those from bakeries.

oh we bought matthew a painted wooden recorder,
(and a wooden toy drum, a wooden flute, and two wooden rattles
for his mum, dad and jeanette respectively,
so that they can make noise tog)
and we bought our papa a ralph lauren polo tee,
which i believe may earn us a long lecture
on how we use money like it grows on trees.
my father doesnt bear to spend on expensive clothes.
but he deserves to have them!
because if he didnt spend so much on us,
he wld've been a millionaire by now.
