the workload's gotten so bad,

(thats the UB-SIM director - he's the boss)
i hope he'll do sth abt it.
the whole corhort is online now,
desperately trying to finish everything.
12 weeks' worth of work crammed into 6 weeks.
madness.

but its times like these,
we see that we are weak,
and He is strong.
thanksgivings:
done with both the grp assignments due tmr.
and halfway thru the one due on thurs.
all by God's grace.

i feel many precious things,
things which i used to have,
slipping through my fingers.
(i feel, yes, because i dont know for sure.
maybe i think too much.)
friendships,
simple thoughts,
childlike innocence.
and many other things which i cannot clearly identify.
guess i've been taking them for granted all these while,
such that i notice their presence only when they're gone.
so.
i dont know what i've lost.
i just know that i've lost them.

and its not good.
its not good to lose them.
its like being desentisized.
becoming selfish, losing the ability to empathize,
entertaining spiteful thoughts.

im now struggling to lead a God-centered life.
please please please pray for me.

its amazing how i can digress.
i only wanted to blog abt a meeting with an old friend.
and it led to that chunk of overly dramatic verbal diarrhea above.

but yea,
old friend.
old as in, passe.
no longer.
no more.

but really,
the Lord provides.

so very thankfully,
im not alone.

its time i trust Him,
and accept His perfect plan.
