movieee with shiqi and rahel this afternoon~
one of the rare movies that made me cry truckloads.
tsk, stop sniggering.
i hardly ever cry over movies now!
not even for 200 pounds beauty which practically everyone cried over.
i think that was extremely overrated.
but the one we watched today,
the complexity of emotions
captured so fully within a seemingly simple plot.
ahhhhhhhh.
so so good.

received a letter from rahel through snail mail
the day before the last exam.

its very nice to receive letters.
esp at times when life's a mad rush.
technology makes it even rushier (if there's such a word),
while the old pen-and-paper message stops you in your tracks,
and recharges you with the love hidden within the handwritten words,
which a friend had taken precious time to pen down =)
